The Challenge
Designer Bed Co collaborated with us to increase its brand awareness and establish a social media presence. Recognising that their core audience resides in a more mature demographic, we identified Facebook as the primary vehicle for growth. Our goal was clear: to bridge the gap between their high-end products and the local Canterbury community through a targeted, strategic social approach.

- The team spends time creating ideas, being mindful of upcoming sales, national holidays, or any campaigns – such as National Bed Month.
- We then work to bring the ideas to life, creating captivating graphics and copy using their tone of voice.
- Once finalised, the plan is sent to the client for approval – nothing will ever be published without our clients’ approval first.
- We then schedule the approved plan and ensure daily engagement on the platform to respond to incoming messages and comments, and to engage with the local community.
