The Challenge

The client was looking to reach more of its UK audience, enhance its brand to keep up with its growing competitors in the industry and develop its current marketing strategy and efforts to increase brand awareness and sales.

They were looking to outsource the marketing that they did not have the time and expertise to work on alone.

The Solution

1 Discovery Session

We started by having a discovery session to learn about their marketing goals, who they are looking to target, information on their closest competitors, where they believe their marketing isn’t reaching its full potential and where they want to be in the future. These discussions helped us put together an in-depth marketing insights presentation full of recommendations, ideas and a range of strategies that could work for them.

2 Strategic Marketing Plan

We then created an action plan to help their internal team identify what needed to be done, when and by whom. Helping us to work alonside their current team and aid in their marketing development.

3 Rebranding & Graphic Design

As the internal team worked on their key roles, we worked alongside the owner to undergo a rebrand.

We started with the basis and created new brand guidelines to fit their industry and, once approved, began to work on content templates to match these.

4 Digital Marketing Support

Moving forward, we work alongside their team to set up and manage their Google Ads, create weekly email campaigns, and have mentored and worked alongside them to create content on new social media platforms like TikTok.
