What I do 9-5
Lydia started I Do Marketing in 2017 , and the name changed in 2025 to We Do Marketing. She loves strategy and marketing, and her logical mind needs a plan to make things happen. She is a Chartered Marketer with 10+ years of in-house and agency experience in various industries, including construction, engineering, retail, manufacturing and more.
Lydia can be found ‘socialising’ throughout Kent and London. She is a Marketing and Communications Ambassador for the Institute of Directors, Kent region and a L6 marketing tutor for a CIM accredited training provider. She is often invited to give industry talks on marketing. When she’s not doing that, she’s surrounded by the incredibly awesome We Do team in the office, drinking coffee, bouncing ideas, and getting her strategic hat on with clients.
What I do 5-9
Lydia loves nothing more than trying new things. Experience is her thing—everything from new countries to foods to immersive experiences. Her favourite experience meal was at Dinner by Heston London -the Tipsy Cake is a must!
It isn’t all fancy meals, though; when she’s not doing that, she enjoys family time, usually getting her steps in at her local beach in Whitstable — chasing her toddler! Planning and designing the latest renovation project, at the gym or studying for her level 7/masters for CIM Leadership in Marketing. She just loves to be busy, apparently.
Lydia’s Voice
GOOD Marketing is my passion. Changing a business through the power of marketing is GOLD. My personal goal when I started WDM was to be able to work from anywhere in the world – I’m up to 16 countries – where next? I’m so proud of the team here at WDM – we are the centre of marketing excellence.
